Is your card lost, broken or damaged?
Grand Lodge will be running a bulk order for replacement membership cards. The order is only for replacement cards, new inititiates will receive their card separately.
If you require a replacement card please email the details below to email@example.com as soon as possible (if not sooner). The replacement cost is "a once only special" $5.00.
Information to Include in Email:
- Membership Number
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Preferred Name
- Address (Street, Suburb, State, Post Code)
If there is anyone who doesn't have a card and can't recall being issued with one please let us know and we will try our best to get a "freebie" issued (but it will have to be a convincing story).
For those Members who have requested a card at the Quarterly Communication, Grand Lodge has already captured your details so there is no need to do anything.
The membership card is a good record of your membership number and is now being used at Quarterly Communications. It will also be used in the future for regional centres that host the broadcasts of Quarterly Communications.
